Supplements include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes, and herbs---keeping you nutritionally balanced and strong.

But which ones will most benefit you? This is the big unknown. Most info out there only makes you feel more hesitant. You see, lots of people give up on supplements before they ever get started. Or they buy a poor product, take it for a month or two, and then give up. Or what's even worse, they buy a poor product and stick with it for years and years.

At Dietary Supplements Guide, I refine the tedious amount of nutritional info out there. Sure, I admit, my content is not as exhaustive as on other sites. This site is not a health encyclopedia and for good reason.

Encyclopedia sites are boring. They have no feeling. Unfortunately, most dietary supplement sites are like this---dryly listing facts and putting you to sleep. Everything on this site, however, was researched and written keeping in mind that real people (YOU) will be reading.

Listen, I don't write about each nutrient down to its molecular parts. An information overload is not what you're looking for, I'm guessing. Instead, what I do is give you the essential info in plain words.
