At Dietary Supplements Guide, I take the tedious amount of info and refine it. Sure, I admit, my content is not as exhaustive as on other sites. This site is not a health encylopedia.

Encyclopedia sites bore me. There are loads of dietary supplement sites like that---sites that just list "the facts". Everything on this site, however, was researched and written for real people to read.

I don't write about each nutrient down to its molecular parts; an information overload is the last thing you need. Instead, I do some editing, see what's left, and then give you the essentials in plain words.
